The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Other than damage, it looked good. The package looked like someone folded it in half. I have pictures.
A thicker piece of cardboard would have prevented.
I’ve purchased several items and I’ve yet to be disappointed. American made art❣️ The best!

Beautiful cross. I bought the gold. It is a gift for my church family for our church. It is going to hang inside but it is powder coated well if it were outside. I love it! I already recommended it to a friend.
Very nice craftsmanship. The only problem I had was that it was delivered bent, so I had to unbend it. Maybe a more sturdier packaging would help since the metal is pretty thin. Other than that, it’s a great product.
I was very pleased when my real steel cross came. It is a gift for a very special person in my family’s life and I’m so happy with its quality.
