My order came with some chips in the paint from shipping, I sent pictures and asked for some touch-up paint, they sent me the whole order again!

I just recently purchased a home in the countryside, and needed an address marker that stood out. I came across Realsteel on the web, and had them design a medal for me. I am very pleased with what I received! I am an electrical contractor by trade, was able to backlight the medallion to give it a spectacular illumination at night.
