The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

It took more than the allotted time on the website. Further, when I ordered, I wanted to put a message in the box. I contacted them via email and they said it would be done and the message never made the delivery. To all of you, order way in advance if this is a gift. Better yet, get it delivered to you so you can ensure a message will be accompanying the gift. So, it's a, "meh", from me.

We are planting a grove of quaking aspen trees in memory of our deceased instant infant granddaughter. For family reasons, we wanted a butterfly on the sign instead of the bird, which was advertised. Real steel modified their sign perfectly and got it to us promptly at a reasonable price. As soon as things warm up, we are eager to plant the trees and also “plant “the sign.
