Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

A tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow it progress right through final delivery to your address. If you do not receive your order within two weeks, please reach out to us via our Contact Us Form so that we can help you!

I ordered this product at sometime around the end of May. It has YET to be delivered. There should be NO excuse.

So beautiful, I bought this for a very Special Person in my life. I could not have found or bought anything like this Eagle anywhere else. Perfectly made and beautifully colored. Thank you Realsteel I will certainly be back for more items.

Customer service has been great and they’ve made every effort to get me a quality product. Unfortunately the first one rusted within a month of hanging, the replacement came with missing paint. The third one is now being shipped to me. I am very hopeful that this one will be perfect.
I ordered 4 of you American Flag Eagle Wall Art and mounted them on a circular frame with a white backdrop and gave them out as Christmas gifts. Everyone loves them. I was going to order some more (for gifts) but when I put the name on your search all I get is the American flag.
I couldn’t be more pleased with how awesome this looks!
