We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

The sign provided the perfect addition to my new writing cottage. The quality was above expectations. With predrilled holes, it was easy to attach. I'd recommend the product to anyone who wants to personalize or decorate their indoor or outdoor living space.

Beautiful steel sign for my daughter and her husband! They have these 2 adorable sister cats which are so much fun to watch! This wonderful sign will look beautiful in their home representing these active little girls!
We loved this sign and Realsteel was very easy to work with. Just make sure you use extra spaces between words to get proper spacing. All in all a good product. Good quality. Time will tell how it holds up.
We put it on some white plastic to make it show up.
