The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Looks Sharp.Great definition. I was hoping to get a more Cape Cod looking scene but I like this addition to our outside shower dood.
When I ordered The Tropical Oasis Monogram what I wanted to write didn’t fit. After contacting your company they told me how to get exactly what I wanted and there was no up charge. My daughter and son in law loved it!
First and foremost, RealSteel has fantastic customer service. My original piece was damaged. I emailed CS and received a response the next day. I then received a beautiful new piece in just nine days. It looks fantastic at my campsite. I would highly recommend this US company!! You will not be disappointed.
