Our goal here at RealSteel Center is to offer you the best shipping experience possible! Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

We love our sign. It's heavy duty and great craftsmanship, I just wish I would have ordered a larger one instead of the 18 inches.

The product we ordered looks amazing! It was thinner then what I was expecting but we put some wood behind it anyway. We ordered the 36” monogram. The project turned out amazing!
I love my Great Outdoors monogram! It is exactly what I wanted. I was disappointed when it arrived because UPS had somehow bent it. It is extremely sturdy, so was surprised it could have bent. Raelyne with Realsteel Customer service was amazing, and immediately sent a replacement order to production. The replacement arrived quickly, and was in perfect condition!
Three years ago my husband and I purchased a small cabin in Northern AZ. We noticed most of the cabins/homes up there had signs in their front yards with a name for their home. So, we decided to come up with a name for our little summer place. It needed to be special and perfect because we wouldn’t of been able to purchase it without my father in law, Hank. He never got to see the cabin, as he passed away 6 years ago. To make a long story short, we were sitting on our porch one evening a few weeks ago and my husband and I agreed on “Hank’s Place”. This sign is exactly what I had envisioned. I ordered it for my husband as a surprise for Father’s Day. He loved it and it’s now proudly standing in our front yard! Thank you for an amazing product!
