We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

RealSteal produced a sign that met all of my expectations. The metal is heavy, unlike some other metal signs / artwork I've purchased. The price was actually less than many others I had looked at while shopping when compared quality to like quality. My eagle’s nest arrived damaged and the cardboard container looked like it had been dropped. I was able to straighten the wing out and paint it. It’s hardly noticeable now. Otherwise I am very satisfied with it.
We decided to go big this year for our parents and we purchased a sign for their land. It was an incredibly easy process. The sign was of great quality, heavy duty, and beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a defect upon arrival. They responded within 24 hours and quickly resolved the issue. We absolutely love this product, company, and customer service. They take pride in what they produce. Thank you Realsteel and we will spread the word.
