The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

Nice finish and heavy-duty. They are adorable too. Moving them outside soon.
A great gift for the gardener that also loves cats. A durable and cute decor to brighten outside flower beds.
Both ladies LOVED their cats and placed them in their yards.
We had to put “Black Cat”, ( yes, her name) down in October 2023. Much love and luck was shared both ways for 13 years. Buried in our flower bed with a blank stone (headstone), I was thrilled to see the Real steel cats! She has a beautiful marker at her grave now!! thank you!! Susan

We still have 6’ of snow on the ground so I won’t have an opportunity to see. I haven’t opened them yet but I’m sure they are wonderful!
I was completely amazed at the craftsmanship and the workmanship of the 3 Black cats!! The detail is unbelievable!! Even the packaging of the 3 cats was done very well to keep each cat separated and wrapped so they didn’t scratch each other!!
These cats were perfect ! They play in our garden, no fighting or hissing. Just chasing butterflies. I will continue to order from your company.
