The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

It shipped fast, it was packaged so it wouldn't get damaged,and out of the metal signs I have gotten this is the best one092-71-0358
The sign was absolutely beautiful. It was done exactly as I had specified. I was kept in the loop every step of the way as it was prepared and shipped. I will definitely order from RealSteel Center again!

My Ranch sign that now hangs over the fireplace is beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted. There was one tiny glitch with was some small damage to an edge during shipping and Real Steel made it right immediately, even though I told them they didn't have to! They are amazing. I will definitely buy more.
I just opened this package and instantly bursted into tears it is that perfect. It is to be a birthday gift for my husband I know he will react the same. This is our second purchase from this shop each has been beautiful. Thank you so much for putting such care and perfection into every piece.
