Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

Happy with our Howling Coyote! It did not stand out against the beige siding of the house so, we put a sheet of white metal behind it- Wow! Now you can see every detail. Easy fix to make a difference.

The sign turned out great. I attached the coyote sign to a steel frame and painted it to add a little extra pop. It really stands out and I get lots of compliments on how great it looks.
I just got my sign today and I have to say it is beautiful and the quality is great. I'm am, however, a bit disappointed in the size. After calling the company because I was trying to decide between the 30" and 36", I decided on the 30". The actual sign isn't 30" as this measurement includes the banner at the bottom, This wasn't mentioned in the description nor in the phone conversation I had with customer service. If I had known this I would have ordered the 36". Two inches on each side makes a big difference. It is going to look a bit stunted above my fireplace.
