The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

The sign is of great quality and beautifully made. I bought it for my son-in-law for Christmas and he absolutely loves it!!! He has already hung it up in their basement. LOL Thank you :) I have told others about your company and will probably order something else in the future.
I bought this as a combined Housewarming/Wedding gift for one of my granddaughters. It is sturdy and will last and since they like Country Music and for some reason cows ( it’s in their decor) RealSteel modified one of their standard signs for me. They put their name in place of “TEXAS” on the standard sign and it turned out gorgeous. They can use it on or in their house. I’m sure they will be as pleased as I am with this gift.
I’ve ordered before & very pleased. The Texas Longhorn wall decor was just right. However, the shipment was slow, I had to call, then it finally was moving. When it arrived, the packaging wasn’t good and one of the “horns” was exposed and bent. Better packaging would be one suggestion.
My daughter loves this design. She was very excited to get it.
I had a special request for my order---instructions were followed to the T. The sign was AWESOME !!!!!!! Will shop here again.
Looks fantastic on our backyard fence! Great quality and will last a lifetime. Highly recommend products from Realsteel!
The piece and design itself is Great. Took 3 times to get a piece that wasn't damaged in some way. The customer service was awesome and I finally got a great, undamaged piece. I do believe the thickness is a little on the thin side, and box it's sent in is very flimsy. The postal service gave it to me somewhat bent both times. Again, the service was great and Loved the design.
