Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Your sign was more than we anticipated! The craftsmanship was beautiful! We asked for a stake to be added so we could put in near the front of our driveway and flower garden. We love love love it!!
I haven't seen it hung yet as it was a Christmas present.. but the butterfly image is significant in the family as they believe it represents a family member who has passed. A butterfly often appears when they need encouragement..

We ordered the Butterfly to honor our fabulous 37 year old daughter that we recently lost to brain cancer. The writing was clear and the coating was smooth and very well done. We planted a memory garden in her honor and the sign now hangs in the center of a wrought iron archway.
