Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

We love the Real Steel products. We have purchased four different items. The first item was a custom 36” exterior wall mount that we put on our front porch and have had many compliments on it. The other item custom made was also an exterior mount on my garage and every one that sees it loves it. We have purchased the Amazing Grace item and it hangs in the entrance to our home and the other item hangs in our glassed in porch. We highly recommend any of the items that Real Steel offers. Be sure to measure the space that you want it to go in and order the size that best fits. You will not be sorry with Real Steel.
The Amazing Grace Wall Art exceeded my expectations, I can't wait to give them for new home gifts and wedding gifts.

This is a lovely piece; I had trouble deciding whether to put it in my kitchen (so many can see it) or on my bedroom wall. It is comforting to look at, gives me a sense of peace. I don't have a smartphone, otherwise I'd send a pic. I am so happy I purchased it.
