Now that October is just around the corner, it’s time to bring the box of decorations from out of the garage! It’s nearing the holidays, and you know what that means? Decorating! Who doesn’t love to decorate the house? Today’s blog is all about the decor trends for fall 2020 and we are so excited to help you get your home ready for the best time of the year. Nothing quite says “home” like a beautifully decorated wreath on the door.If you don’t have time to make a wreath this year, a wonderful option is purchasing a steel decor wreath. USING WHAT YOU HAVE
This year is all about sustainability. The best part about decorating for the seasons is using what is already around you, in your very back yard. One of our favorite decor hacks is using what nature has already given you. Have you ever thought about harvesting the pinecones lying under your trees for decor? You can bake these with cinnamon and use them in a centerpiece! Another natural decor idea is using real pumpkins, squash, and flowers throughout your home in place of the artificial ones. While these real pumpkins and squash don’t last forever, they can be used for other things such as composting or donating to farms for pig feed.ACCENT PILLOWS
Who doesn’t love a good accent pillow? For fall, you simply can’t have too many cozy touches. Cream and orange accent pillows carefully placed throughout the home is a simple way to add that needed touch of festiveness. A fun way to add more to these pillows is having them stitched with cute seasonal greetings!SIGNAGE
You can’t forget the signage! Hanging decorative signs around the house is one of my favorite parts of decorating for the holiday season.
