Our goal here at RealSteel Center is to offer you the best shipping experience possible! Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States from our Texas based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

We love our Wild West wall decoration. We didn't realize these are custom made when ordered, so the wait period was a tad longer then expected BUT very much worth the wait.
Having owned a horse ranch, the bucking horse added some action. All my metal work is mounted on my redwood fence out front.
The wild west wall decor was one of four items purchased. All of them had paint that chipped off during shipping, if they were shipped separately this probably wouldn't have happened. Instead they were stacked on top of each other with shipping material between each and taped inside the box. The designs are great, shipping prep not so lovely. Since these were Christmas presents there was no time to send them back and have them replaced/repaired.
Great pieces. Nice designs and products. Well made, no burrs, or sharp edges. Real show pieces.
Wonderful craftsmanship. Way beyond my expectations. Came right on time and the price was well worth it
