The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Fancy-Vertical Number Monogram
When it came in the mail the sign came out of the wrapper and tape. There was a hole torn on the box. There is a large scratch on the front of the number so I am hoping it does not rust in that area. The area that it was taped did not secure the number and it shifted. I think it poked out of the box.
Can’t wait to put it up when we move in soon :-)
Could not have been happier with my project (address numbers). I hesitate to order projects on line but so happy with this companies professionalism on all levels I plan to order another. Thanks for doing a great job!
Can’t share my comments on something that I have never received! Apparently, it’s lost in the mail. I contacted Customer Service on June 30th - still have not received a product. It’s July 11th and I am NOT happy!
