We take a lot of pride in the superior quality of the custom décor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

Southwestern Serenity Monogram
I love my new sign I purchased of a cactus and mountain with my husband and my name. I’m giving it to my husband for Father’s Day! He is going to love it.
I was very impressed with my order from Real Steel. I loved the fact that it was Texas made since I am from Texas also. I got the southwest one with the cactus, rocks and eagle flying overhead. On the bottom we put Class of 2021. They turned out awesome. I love the finish they put on too. Feels like it should last a long time!! Thank you very much Realsteel!!!!
