The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Bought this because my wife loves to sit on the deck and watch the herons walk along our bank. Great quality, great customer service. I messed up my order and emailed the company right after I submitted it. They fixed it immediately and did not even laugh at me.
Excellent quality and workmanship and a unique sign for the entrance to our waterfront property where the herons hang out.
This beautifully crafted Marsh Herons name sign is the perfect addition to our light pole. It’s dimensions fit perfectly in the space available. Two existing hooks demanded that we drill two additional holes for proper alignment and installation. We applied a small amount of clear Rustproofing lawyer to the holes before inserting hooks.
We have received numerous accolades for this name sign. We cannot help but admire the sign every time we pass it coming and going from the entry way.

My parents recently purchased a new cabin that came with some gorgeous property. On the property there's a number of ponds but one in particular is home to a number of herons. When doing my Christmas shopping this season I found Realsteel and this precut design. Worked great with the theme of the camp and the custom lettering was a great touch. The rents were very pleased with the product and the quality. Highly recommend this and the business!
