The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

I love this pumpkin. Wish I had gotten the 30in. one as well. The only complaint I have is I wish there was some way to display it on the ground. I haven't quite figured out how to do that as of yet.

I ordered Evil Pumpkin to hang on my front door. He is just as pictured and excellent quality-love him. Debated about 18" or 24" and after measuring the space on my front door I ordered 18". The pumpkin width including the tongue is 17"; height with stem is 17.5". I am disappointed as I expected the pumpkin to be 18" (I should have known better) and had I known, I'd have ordered up in size. I do wish the website was more specific about the actual measurements-that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Nevertheless, he looks great on my front door and is super cute.
This Jack o' lantern is wonderfully made and very scary: a perfect Halloween classic.
I needed something big and exciting for my front porch, l really got a Great Pumpkin!!!! All l need is Charlie Brown lol. Brenda Falcone…
