The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

Bought the first set of cats last Christmas for my son, so was delighted there was a second set now! He loves the new set! He has 6 real kitties! They are so perfectly made!
I gave these to my parents for Christmas. Same last year but they were different positions. They absolutely love them! Mom told me they don't demand attention, are quiet, and don't eat. She's so funny. She's also 93 years old. I'm blessed to have her in my life!

I absolutely love these kitties. I have to adopted black cats and they tickle me when they sit on the table on the porch and watch the steel kitties, waiting for them to move. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. These kitties add a lot to my all native plant yard. Thank you! BTW, my sisters and I enjoyed your appearance at the Patriot Awards in Hollywood, Florida last November. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! This was a belated Mother's Day gift and when we received the order, my mother noticed that the tip of one of the cats' tails wasn't coated thoroughly, making that particular cat liable to rust. I sent a photo to the customer service asking if that particular could be replaced. Customer service answered very quickly and they wound up sending a whole new set!
My mother is so excited to have these cats in her garden.
I am very pleased with both sets of cats although the 2nd edition is smaller than the first!
I have now given two different cat sets to my beautiful daughter-in-law. She loves them and has placed them among her flowers which gives her great joy!
What a joy to select a gift so perfect for my daughter (who has 3 black cats)! They grace the yard in her new home.
