The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

We purchased this for our friends as they had just purchased their home in Wyoming and we have enjoyed many evenings around various fire pits on our get-a-ways together. When we saw this we knew it was perfect. Raelyne was so helpful; when I sent an e-mail explaining it was a gift, she included a note with the art so they knew what it was for and who from. To say they were over the moon with this is an understatement. They found a prime spot and hung it immediately and sent pictures. It was as if it were made for that spot. I will highly recommend RealSteel to anybody looking for top notch, quality made steel works art.
