The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item on our store gets hand produced at our Texas based design workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated teams at RealSteel Center usher your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled Craftsman cut your design from high grade Made in America steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish. To back up our 5 year craftsmanship guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Texas based design workshop to your delivery address.

At this time we are only shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia. We are actively working to expand our international reach and will be rolling out additional markets in the near future.

I ordered a set of 4 garden gnomes and a house number sign. I had been looking for a big, readable number sign to put over my garage door for quite awhile. I have a long driveway and 4” numbers aren’t effective. My new numbers inside a decorative frame are 10” tall and both visible and lovely. My gnomes I bought on a whim maybe to get free shipping. I didn’t expect to be so delighted. They are bigger than I imagined and so stinking cute that I ordered another set for my daughter’s garden. And I had to have the flamingo’s to over look my small pond and a dragon to float through my side garden! The cutouts are thick enough to easily push into the ground. Some designs have pointy pieces but they are well finished with no sharp edges and while I haven’t had them long, the paint/finish seems super durable. The garden ornaments make me smile every time I see one!
This was a gift for my daughter and son-in-law, and it looks great on their freshly painted home.
It is a gorgeous addition to the front of my house.
This is my 3rd order and it turned out beautiful.
The quality is first class
I was very impressed in how this cam out!! It looks absolutely wonderful up on the house.
I also want to thank customer service for their great response in handling of the shipping issues with the shipper. Would recommend buying from Realsteel and will be making more purchases from them.

It came to us quickly. We are going to put it on our retaining wall - so you will see it before you get to the house. We live in a rural area and the house numbering are not usual. It will be a great addition to our other Real Steel purchases.

The product was fine. your customer service was horrible. I will never do business with your company again. Money was taken from my account to pay for my order but it took many weeks to get my order. I contacted your company twice to request an update and at one point requested what I ordered or refund my money. I then stated that if neither was done I was reporting you to the BBB. SUPRISE!!!I get an email my product is now magically shipping. Sad way to run a bussiness.If I could give negative stars I would ! __-5 stars to you Realsteel
